I have a unique position as an agriculture and natural resources educator within OSU Extension with a food science background. I am interested in providing educational opportunities for producers to provide the safest foods possible. And since Extension also has excellent nutrition education programs, I hope to collaborate with nutrition educators as well. I know that FIC can connect me with many experts in the field to help me learn more about the topics and areas that I will teach about.
