Areas of Expertise: bioaccessibility and bioavailability of nutrient and non-nutritents (phytochemical) using simulated digestion and Caco-2 human intestinal cells, analysis nutritent and phytochemical by HPLC, phytochemical and anticancer and inflammation

I would like to use my expertise for research and collaborate with faculty and staff to investigate phytochemicals from fruit and vegetables for promoting health and preventing disease.
