I am a food chemist that specializes in both targeted and untargeted mass spectrometry based on metabolomics, with a focus on phytochemicals and their metabolites in plants, food, and biological systems. I believe that through collaboration, we can provide a better understanding of the health benefits of foods and their constituent bioactive components.
