My research focuses on developing novel cancer preventive approach using food based natural product and investigate the underlying mechanisms. My recent research on avocado meat has found that avocado extract and concentrated powder inhibit DMBA induced oral cancer development in hamster cheek pouch model. I hope my research will advance our understanding and utilizing food in cancer prevention.
