My work is dedicated to understanding predictors of successful weight loss among obese and morbidly obese individuals, and identifying intervention strategies to enhance weight loss in these individuals. My contribution to the mission of the FIC will be to contribute knowledge of behavioral and psychological factors influencing eating behavior and exercise behavior among healthy and chronically ill adults.
