Areas of Expertise: zoonoses, foodborne pathogens, MRSA, antimicrobial resistance, epidemiology

Zoonotic pathogens are one of the major problems worldwide that continuously jeopardize food safety and affect public health. I believe with my expertise on these agents, as well as global experience, I would be able to bring a complementary perspective to a disciplinary team as the one represented in the Food Innovation Center.
