The excessive use of antimicrobials has led to the decrease of their effectiveness against food-borne pathogens.The main goal of my research is the discovery of natural antimicrobials from food beneficial bacteria to be used as food preservatives.I am aiming to develop my sense of professionalism that comes through joining FIC and willing to learn from and network with experts from the food safety field.
