I have the ability to integrate research, theory or innovation into foodservice or clinical nutrition in our patient care/dining and retail dining areas. Additionally through our clinical nutrition areas, we partner with a variety of OSU and other groups to guide decision making about nutrition, food, and health. I can deliver pragmatic approaches that can create sustainable change in food and nutrition areas and I'm a strong proponent of creating partnerships that can benefit all involved.
