The Food Innovation Center has great potential in helping position, commercialize and brand our food innovations, as well as market our innovation resources to industry and corporate targets. I'd like to help with commercializing our innovations, corporate outreach, and/or collaboration with my Brand Management class and students. I have launched over 100 new products with sales of +$2 billion, and led major food brands like Miller Lite, Ruffles, Frito-Lay foodservice, Borden, Boost and smaller food brands, so I understand corporate food & beverage innovation, marketing, and R&D best practices and issues.
