I am trained as a health behavioralist and registered dietitian. My research and outreach work involves the promotion of healthy eating through theory-based behavior change strategies. I use a mixed methods approach (quantitative and qualitative) for research to create a comprehensive view of determinants for human eating behaviors. I bring an expertise in determining how to encourage humans to eat healthy food.
