Dr. Barbara Kowalcyk joined the Department of Food Science and Technology in the Fall of 2017. Barbara B. Kowalcyk is a recognized expert in food safety with broad experience and training in epidemiology, biostatistics/informatics, risk analysis, regulatory decision-making and public policy.
