Sensory: a scientific discipline that is used to evoke, measure, analyze and interpret reactions to stimuli perceived through the senses. Provide Sensory Consumer Testing expertise, and background knowledge applied to potential testing/tasting of food solutions as identified by FIC. Supply a functioning database of consumers for input into sustainability of foods identified as healthy and safe. Data and analysis of tested foods will provide direction to expand the acceptable usage for consumers; resulting in increased healthy safe food choices becoming habits
