I am interested in food based approaches for improving human health. I am dedicated in researching the role of novel dietary approaches in prevention of disease and in their ability to interact with various therapies to treat disease. As an immunologist I will work with my colleagues at the FIC in understanding how food and dietary based interventions modulate inflammation as it relates to disease with a specific focus on cancer.
