As a Dietitian for over 35 years, I have had the opportunity to interface and collaborate with community representatives, medical professionals and academic professionals to promote wellness and health. I have listened to and learned from my clients food concerns. My focus centers on nutrition therapy and improving outcomes in daily living through economic viability and resources. I have chosen "Global food strategy & policy “as my passion - to offer my skills for policy development and collaboration to alleviate food insecurity and improve food distribution patterns.
