With a background in both dietetics and food science, I have an interest in using food and nutrition to prevent chronic disease. Through my involvement in the 'Crops to the Clinic' research mission and the Center for Advanced Functional Foods Research and Entrepreneurship, I support multidisciplinary collaborations across campus and help bridge the gap between agriculture, nutrition, and medical research.
