My wide variety of experience in a number of food service operations as an executive chef, coupled with a background in healthcare leaves me with a valuable skill set that weaves sustainable food solutions with end user applications. I have a strong desire to teach and encourage healthier food solutions to at risk populations and disease groups. I am on the Nutrition Services work group for a Proposal for a Nutrition Framework at The Ohio State University, which has recently been accepted by the OSU Health and Wellness Council, pending clarification on a few points. I will bring enthusiasm, industry knowledge and tenacity to the mission of the Food Innovation Center.
