Areas of Expertise: public health, social epidemiology, spatial epidemiology, food mapping
I am a graduate student from the College of Public Health pursuing a PhD in Epidemiology and coursework on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) who can offer a unique perspective to the Food Innovation Center. My professional background is in community health and my academic background is in urban food access. I am currently employed through the Comprehensive Cancer Center where I am researching rural food access. I would like to use my knowledge to contribute to FIC's food mapping group, which I have recently joined, and pursue additional interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities to improve food access locally and across Ohio.
