FIC Member Armando Hoet Leads Students on Innovative Trip to Latin America

Columbus, Ohio - With the majority of food produced in Costa Rica exported to the United States, food safety and food security are key issues. With the Farm the Table Program: Costa Rica 2012, Director and FIC member Armando Hoet guided Ohio State students through different food systems in Costa Rica while learning about different issues from public and animal health to food policies.
